1 — Ask for the construction. A lifespan number without the panel composition (alloy, skin thickness, core type, finish family) can't be verified. Construction comes before promise.
2 — Ask for the commitment in writing. A warranty exists if it's written and specific — document, duration, exclusions. A verbal promise in a sales conversation doesn't enter any file.
3 — Weigh a sample. The $5 physical sample doesn't prove lifespan, but it proves rigor: a supplier who ships a clean, documented sample runs the rest of the process the same way.
